Welcome to Iki City

Iki Island is a remote island in Nagasaki Prefecture that is located in the Genkai Sea in Kyushu. It is located about an hour by high-speed boat from Hakata, or 30 minutes by plane from Nagasaki Airport. The emerald green sea is as clear as that of Okinawa, and there are abundant foods such as sea urchin, fresh seafood, and Iki Beef. There are more than 150 shrines on the island, and the entire island is said to be a "power spot," or a place believed to have spiritual energy.
