This hot spring facility is also featured in the Michelin Guide. In addition to being able to enjoy the skin-beautifying waters in a variety of baths, there are also dining and rest areas, making it a popular place to spend the whole day.

Uwajima Unyu Ferries

This ferry route which connects Beppu and Yawatahama in Ehime (near Matsuyama) takes about 2 hours and 50 minutes. The online reservation service responds to online bookings with an online reservation discount coupon, so please present it on the day of the your journey and pay in cash.
This service is recommended for traveling from northern Kyushu to the Dogo Onsen area. There is also a stopover near Beppu Port, so you can take a break while waiting for the ferry.
